Firstly, BIG thanks for reading and letting me know of your slight fandom AND motivating me to continue blogging, Jonathan!

Keeping cool in the shade with Alexandra Cousteau and my parents! Thanks Mike for your talented photography skills!
So my parents left this morning and as I mentioned in last week’s post how stoked I was to take them to meet Alexandra Cousteau and her Blue Legacy crew, we had a great time! (See video above for an introduction to the crew)
A marvelous day of forward-thinking conversations and education about a variety of topics from local watersheds to Arctic Ocean health and many other global commonalities regarding the issue of water management.
I’m so blessed to have such passionate people in my life and to have the opportunities to meet others, like Alexandra Cousteau & Jonathan Smith, who share the same passion (click links for their respective Twitter accounts).
My deepest appreciation goes out to Blue Legacy and I wish them the best of luck in their Blue Planet Expedition across North America, motivating the armchair activists and all the freshly educated folks they meet into making conscious changes in their lives for a better future for our planet and for generations to come.
Get inspired by learning all about what they do and why they do it here:
